^Promotion Period: This offer is valid for eligible pre-owned vehicles purchased and delivered between 9 October 2025 and 31 October 2025, inclusive.
Offer Details: Customers who purchase and take delivery of an eligible pre-owned vehicle during the promotion period will receive the Carbucks 3 Year Protect Plan at no additional cost, subject to the eligibility criteria outlined below.
Pre-Owned Vehicle Eligibility Criteria:
• The vehicle must be roadworthy, registered, and weigh less than 3.5 tonnes.
• The vehicle must be no older than seven years from its first registration date.
• Electric vehicles, motorcycles, and commercial vehicles are excluded from this offer.
• Each eligible vehicle category is determined by the make of the vehicle, as outlined below.
• The Carbucks Protect Plan must be added at the time of purchase.
• The plan is non-transferable and applies only to the vehicle purchased from the participating Suttons dealership.
* New Toyota vehicles and Toyota Certified Pre-Owned Vehicles are not eligible.
* Ford F150 and Toyota Tundra are classified under Category 4.
Vehicle Categories:
• Category 1: Toyota*, Kia, Hyundai, Mitsubishi, Mazda, Suzuki, Nissan, Subaru, Honda
• Category 2: MG, BYD (Hybrid Only), Haval, GWM (Great Wall), Chery
• Category 3: Renault, Volkswagen, Škoda, Peugeot, Citroën, Cupra, Mini, Fiat, Isuzu UTE, Ford*, LDV, Ssangyong, Jeep, Mahindra, 4WDs, Utes, Light Commercial Vehicles
• Category 4: Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Volvo, Jaguar, Land Rover, Genesis, RAM, GMSV, Ford F150*, Toyota Tundra*
*Ford F150 and Toyota Tundra are excluded from Category 1 and 3, and are classified under Category 4.
Included Benefits (as per the Carbucks 3 Year Protect Plan):
Tyre Replacement (up to 4 requests): Covers replacement if tread is 2mm or less due to normal wear and tear.
Braking System Replacement (up to 2 requests): Covers brake pads, rotors, or drums worn through normal usage.
Battery Replacement (1 request): Covers 12V battery failure due to wear and tear.
Windscreen Wiper Blades (1 request): Covers replacement due to wear and tear.
Tyre Repair (up to 6 requests): Covers punctures or tears from road hazards; replacement if unrepairable.
Key Fob Repair (up to 4 requests): Includes battery, casing, push button, or full replacement if parts unavailable.
Additional Conditions:
All service requests are subject to the maximum caps and vehicle category pricing as outlined in the Carbucks Protect Plan.
Repairs or replacements beyond the plan’s coverage limits will be charged directly to the customer.
The plan complements regular servicing and does not replace manufacturer warranties or logbook service requirements.
