[G]Terms & Conditions
1. Acceptance:
By participating in the promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Offer period:
Offer commences on 1 November 2025 and expires on 30 November 2025, while stocks last (Offer Period).
3. Eligibility:
Offer available at participating Kia dealers only. Offer applies to Kia vehicles in dealer demonstrator stock as of 31 October 2025 that are sold by 30 November 2025 (Qualifying Vehicle). Offer available to third party private and business customers only. Fleet and rental buyers are excluded from this promotion.
4. Offer details:
Eligible customers who purchase a Qualifying Vehicle during the Offer Period are eligible to receive one (1) gift card valued between $1,000 and $2,000 (AUD), depending on vehicle model.

5. How to redeem offer:
(a) Eligible customers must redeem the offer and accept the gift card by electing in writing at the time of purchasing the Qualifying Vehicle:
(i) to reduce the vehicle’s purchase price in the amount of the applicable gift card offer in lieu of receiving a gift card; or
(ii) to receive a gift card in the amount of the applicable gift card offer. Subject to clause 5(c) below, the gift card supplied will be an electronic or physical Visa or Mastercard gift card (at the dealer’s discretion acting reasonably). Where a customer elects to receive a gift card, the dealer or its agent will send the gift card by email or registered post (as applicable) to the recipient within two (2) weeks of the recipient taking delivery of the vehicle.
(b) If the Qualifying Vehicle is purchased by more than one individual, the gift card will be sent to the first customer named on the sales contract.
(c) To the extent permitted by law, if the gift card described at clause 5(a)(ii) above is not available due to reasons beyond the dealer’s reasonable control, the dealer will substitute the gift card with another gift card or gift cards of equal specification and value up to the value of the gift card offer.
(d) If an eligible customer does not wish to participate in the promotion, they must advise the dealer in writing at the point of sale, or contact Kia Australia directly.
6. General Terms and Conditions:
(a) Gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions imposed by the issuer (including applicable expiry dates).
(b) Gift cards are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
(c) In order to conduct the promotion, Kia Australia and the participating Kia dealer will collect participants’ personal information (Personal Information). All Personal Information will be handled in accordance with Kia Australia’s and the participating Kia dealer’s Privacy Policies and these Terms & Conditions.
(d) Consumers have rights under the Australian Consumer Law and similar legislation that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Kia Australia (including its officers, employees and agents) exclude(s) all liability whether arising in tort (including, without limitation, negligence), contract or otherwise for personal injury or any other loss or damage (including, without limitation, loss of opportunity or loss of profits) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential arising in any way in connection with the offer.
(e) Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Kia Australia excludes liability for:
(i) the conduct of participating Kia dealers;
(ii) the conduct of the gift card issuer;
(iii) gift cards that are lost, stolen or forged, damaged or tampered with in any way; and
(iv) any costs incurred by a customer in redeeming a gift card (including any tax liability).
(f) Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes loss caused by Kia Australia’s gross negligence, fraud or wilful misconduct.
(g) Kia Australia reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to amend, suspend or cancel the offer at any time.
